Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us directly

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you contact us by email, we collect the contents of that message and any information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you visit eytlabs.com, our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS) automatically log basic technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamps. This information is collected as part of standard web operations and is used for security, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Cookies and similar technologies

eytlabs.com does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and disclose what is collected.

How we use information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To send you notifications about EYT Labs products you have signed up to hear about
• To respond to questions or feedback you send us
• To operate, maintain, and improve eytlabs.com
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of third parties, and only as necessary to operate our service:

• Infrastructure providers (Vercel, Cloudflare) that host our website and route traffic
• Email service providers (Resend) that deliver transactional and notification emails
• Database providers (Supabase) that store waitlist signups
• Service providers we engage to support our operations, who are bound by confidentiality obligations
• Government authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property

Data retention

We retain your email address and signup information for as long as you remain on our waitlist or until you ask us to remove it, whichever is sooner. Email logs are retained for up to 90 days for delivery troubleshooting. Server access logs are retained according to our infrastructure providers' standard retention windows.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your personal information at any time by emailing info@extendyourteam.com. If you are a resident of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have additional rights including the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority.

Children's privacy

EYT Labs products are intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@extendyourteam.com and we will delete the information.

International users

EYT Labs is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the policy. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as an email to your registered address). Continued use of eytlabs.com after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
