Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any infrastructure connected to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any EYT Labs product
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any code intended to damage or compromise systems

Waitlist and product access

Joining the EYT Labs waitlist does not guarantee access to any specific product, pricing tier, or launch timeline. We may modify, delay, or cancel any product at our discretion. Pricing terms (including any “Charter” or early-access rates referenced on our products' marketing pages) are governed by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase, not by these Terms alone.

Intellectual property

All content on eytlabs.com — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Extend Your Team LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use eytlabs.com for personal or internal business evaluation purposes only.

“EYT Labs,” “Extend Your Team,” “Interview Copilot,” and any other product names referenced on the Service are trademarks of Extend Your Team LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

User submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use that feedback for any purpose without any obligation to you. You represent that any submission you make is your own original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Third-party services

The Service may contain links to or rely on third-party services (including but not limited to hosting, analytics, email delivery, and database providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF MALICIOUS CODE.

Any descriptions of EYT Labs products on marketing pages are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute warranties or commitments regarding final functionality, availability, or pricing.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTEND YOUR TEAM LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Extend Your Team LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms. For material changes, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Extend Your Team LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and us regarding the Service.
